Where do you think your stress level is located on the volcano curve? Do you think your level of stress increases and diminishes at certain times of the day? Why does that happen? Explain internal or external influences on your stress levels.

I tend to fluctuate between peak performance, fatigue, and then I get stuck in fatigue or breakdown and rest too much which turns into lethargy, so its kind of a circle for me.
