Where do you think your stress level is located on the volcano curve? Do you think your level of stress increases and diminishes at certain times of the day? Why does that happen? Explain internal or external influences on your stress levels.

My stress increases when I don't have several backup plans for when lesson plans fall through and the schedules of the students in changed. it decreases when I get home and completed all my regular routines then I fell as ease.

I get more stressed later in the day because my expectations for getting things done are not realistic so when I realize I haven?????t done what I expected to do during the day, I get stressed.

Yes! I get stressed when I have a time crunch to get things done and then I realize I'm running out of time.

It's low right now. I'm usually more stressed in the evening while preparing for the next day. I want to make sure everything is accomplished before I go to bed. Most of my stress is internal because I put demands on myself that are unecessary.

My internal (anxiousness) influences on my stress level greatly. Yes, it increases and diminishes at certain times of the day. Because my body is tense during some period of time, when it is gone, I feel pain. External influences, too. I have been unsatisfied by my work and family. When there is hope, my level of stress diminishes.

Yes mines always increase at a certain level of the day due to my class but it is nothing that I cannot handle and control.
