Action 1: Trying to regulate sleep by having a set wake up time and getting sunlight early in the morning
Action 2: Trying to schedule 2 hours of productivity and then a 20 minute break in cycles

I am noticing I feel better throughout the day when I don't sleep in. So this is one of my goals as well
