In which of the four categories above do you think most of your time is spent? Note two or three valuable but not pressing activities that you would like to do. What would it take to be able to do them?

Alot of time spent in the pressing but not valuable. SOme valuable activities would be exercise, goal planning, organizing.

Me too. A walk with my dog or alone always helps me. Being outside clears my brain and helps me think more clearly
