Access skills with ease

This course provides an overview of management change strategies and organizational development strategies. In addition, necessary skills of change agents are provided and opportunities for applying these skills are practiced through the use of illustrative scenarios, dialogues and assessments.

Learners will develop specific skills through interactive and action-based lessons. These include:

1. Managing organizational transitions effectively when faced with challenges

2. Managing change strategies that foster employee involvement and innovation

3. Managing social, psychological and organizational issues raised by organizational change interventions

4. Planning for implementation of interventions based on sound conceptual foundations
