Access skills with ease

This course provides learners with an understanding of how to build and communicate self-confidence. Specific strategies for achieving self-confidence are introduced, as well as techniques for communicating confidently in social situations and asserting oneself confidently at work.

Learners will develop specific skills through interactive and action-based lessons. These include:

1. Building up your self-confidence by improving your self-image and self-esteem

2. Recognizing moments of self-consciousness, and constructively working through them

3. Radiating positive energy and confidence

4. Communicating confidently in social situations

5. Asserting yourself confidently and appropriately
