This course provides learners with an understanding of the skills involved in monitoring projects within a business context, and helps to identify and develop key skills to help managers effectively monitor performance for a project or set of processes within a business unit or organization.

Learners will develop specific skills through interactive and action-based lessons. These include:

1. Establishing a monitoring strategy

2. Specifying performance measures

3. Establishing ownership of and accountability for performance measures

4. Managing relevant data

5. Monitoring for results
