The Project Management Competency Evaluation is an assessment that asks random questions from the nine knowledge areas as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Each question deals with one of the forty-four processes plus five areas of Professional and Social Responsibility as presented in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

The results from this assessment provide each project manager with a competency evaluation in each of the knowledge areas and recommends specific training to close the gaps if needed.

To increase the performance of individual project managers by identifying their project management competency gaps and improving these through targeted training.
