Action 1: Trying to regulate sleep by having a set wake up time and getting sunlight early in the morning Action 2: Trying to schedule 2 hours of productivity and then a 20 minute break in cycles

Action 1 - avoid sleeping in on my days off Action 2 - try to take a power nap

I am noticing I feel better throughout the day when I don't sleep in. So this is one of my goals as well

Action 1- time for myself Action 2- not worry about things I have no controll of.I think if I do this it will reduce my stess level
