Subject: Internal-stress sources

Reflect on your tendencies to generate stress, and write a short paragraph outlining which of the internal-stress sources (anxiousness, unrealistic desires, unhealthy lifestyle, addiction to stress) apply to you. Do you think these tendencies can be controlled?

Stress lie everyday especially when you have a lot to do and a lot on your mind. I take small breaks to focus on myself and like working out. Working out is a stress relief.

Unrealistic expectations and "to do" lists that outnumber the time available for doing them can cause a lot of stress.

I have experienced different levels and sources of stess. I think my biggest source comes from my unrealistic expectations of what I want to accomplish in a given time period.
