Subject: Internal-stress sources

Reflect on your tendencies to generate stress, and write a short paragraph outlining which of the internal-stress sources (anxiousness, unrealistic desires, unhealthy lifestyle, addiction to stress) apply to you. Do you think these tendencies can be controlled?

Definitely an unhealthy lifestyle can attribute to stress. And being anxious about the outcome of things can lead to stress.

I expect more from others than they do(unrealistic desire). If it does not happen as I expected, I feel depressed and stressed out. Yes, they can be controlled by stopping expecting from others.

I feel the same way at times. I think it's my generation because the younger ones look at things for themselves instead of others.

I have a tendency to deal with unrealistic goals that I set and have trouble maintaining which lead to unwanted stress. Little annoyances such as people chewing loudly , or slurping lead to stress towards certain people(in my household). Yes, I can control them.
